The Ministry of Health of the Government of Montenegro, in cooperation with the national carrier Montenegro Airlines, has placed at disposal all of their capacities with the aim to carry and provide care for the injured patients in the towns of the Republic of Serbia.

After direct communication between the two Ministries, the Ministry of Health of Montenegro and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia, it was agreed that the health care institutions of Montenegro will be made available to the citizens of Serbia in case there was need for that type of support. It was agreed that all injured citizens of the Republic of Serbia, who may not obtain health care due to the overloading of health care institutions, would receive proper health care in all health care institutions in Montenegro, including the Institute "Dr Simo Milošević" in Igalo.

The Ministry of Health of the Government of Montenegro, agreed with Montenegro Airlines that the national carrier would make available its fleet 24/7 in order to provide free of charge carriage of injured citizens of the Republic of Serbia.

Providing free of charge air transport and health care in Montenegro to the citizens of Serbia shall be carried out through the Crisis Committee of the Republic of Serbia.
