Today, the Civil Aviation Agency of Montenegro has adopted the proposal of Montenegro Airlines to appoint Mr. Živko Banjević as Accountable Manager of the national air carrier.

Following the request of the CAA to replace the person covering the position of Accountable Manager, the Board of Directors of Montenegro Airlines has found the adequate replacement in timely manner. On 17 June, the CAA was submitted a letter of notification about the above-said personnel change, as well as the Decision of the Board of Directors to appoint Mr. Živko Banjević as its new Accountable Manager. The approval procedure has been completed today.

For clarification purposes, a person designated as an Accountable Manager in an airline is responsible to ensure that all operating activities are performed and financed in accordance with the applicable aviation requirements.
