Dear passengers, please find below the list of most frequently asked questions about the program. There is a simple answer below each question.

MEMBERSHIP

Q: How do I become a Member of the Vision Team program?
A: By completing the online form (click here).

Q: When will I receive the permanent membership card?
A: The permanent membership card will be presented to you at the nearest sales agency of Montenegro Airlines once you collect 20,000 Miles on your account.

Q: I've been a Member for some time now but I haven't received the permanent card. Who should I contact?
A: You can send an email to: vision@mgx.me, or contact our nearest sales agency.

Q: I have a temporary membership card, which I received with the brochure, but I still haven't received the permanent one. Who should I contact?
A: You can send an email to: vision@mgx.me, or contact our nearest sales agency
You have the same rights with both cards, temporary and permanent, which means you can freely use the temporary card until you receive the permanent one.


PIN

Q: What is PIN and why do I need it?
A: PIN is your personal identification number and you will receive it together with your permanent membership card. You may be asked to provide your PIN to check your account, or to register for prize competitions.


MILES

Q: Where can I find information on the number of miles to be collected for specific flights?
A: All information about miles you earn for particular flight can be found here.

Q: How are miles I collected registered to my account?
A: Miles will be registered to your account if while booking or buying a ticket you report your membership number.

Q: Can I begin collecting miles even though my membership hasn't been confirmed yet?
A: Yes. In that case we ask you to keep your Boarding Pass or ticket, to have your miles registered subsequently.

Q: Can I transfer my miles to the account of another member?
A: No. You can give an Award Ticket that you have earned based on your Miles to another Member, member of your family or friend, but your Miles cannot be transferred to another account.

Q: Can i claim my miles retroactively?
A: Miles collected whilst flying can be credited retroactively for up to a six months. Flights older than 6 months can not be credited to the account retrospectively.


AWARD TICKET

Q: Are the tables containing the number of miles needed for the Award Ticket available on your website?
A: Yes, you can check the table with necessary number of miles here.

Q: How can I book an Award Ticket?
A: You can book an Award Ticket by phone (+382 20 19804), or at any of our sales agencies, by stating that you are Vision Team Member.

Q: Do I have to pay taxes when taking my Award Ticket?
A: The Award Ticket is free of charge, but you must pay the airport tax and all other taxes.

Q: How long is an Award Ticket valid?
A: Award Tickets may be used within one year, i.e. a return ticket must be used at least one year from the date of issue.
