Baggage allowances

Baggage allowance on flights to and from all destinations: Passengers traveling Economic Class are allowed to take 20 kg free of charge. For smooth baggage processing, we suggest that you fill in your name and address clearly and remove any old, incorrect labels. We also recommend that you fix an address label on the inside of your suitcase. Baggage should be properly locked to avoid its opening during carriage. Carrier will not be liable for baggage not collected immediately upon arrival.

Hand baggage

All passengers are allowed to take the following on board:

  • One item of cabin baggage, the maximum dimensions of which must not exceed 55 x 35 x 25 cm. Maximum weight: 10 kg.
  • An overcoat/wrap/blanket, umbrella/walking stick, handbag/purse, a reasonable amount of reading matter and a stroller/baby-buggy (umbrella model).

Cabin baggage can be stored under the seat or in the overhead baggage compartments. The unchecked articles are carried under the care and responsibility of the passenger. A baggage claim tag is issued to the passenger as confirmation of receipt for the transportation of the checked baggage. Children aged up to 2 years, traveling at 10% of the adult fare, have no baggage allowance, but their parents or escorts are allowed one extra item of cabin baggage with maximum dimensions of 55 x 35 x 25 cm and a maximum weight of 10 kg. Physically challenged passengers may take their own wheelchair, free of charge, as checked luggage.
