Reserving Seats
Passengers are requested to reserve their seats well in advance. This can be done at any airline office or travel agency. A confirmed seat is indicated in the "reservation status" box of the tickets by code "OK." Code "RQ" indicates that it has not yet been possible to confirm the requested seat.
Reconfirming Reservations
Please confirm your continuing or return reservations if you break your journey for more than 72 hours. To do so, please contact the nearest office of the airline holding your reservation at least 72 hours prior to the departure of your flight. Failure to do this may result in the cancellation of your reservations.
Canceling Reservations
Please cancel your reservation if there is a change in your travel plans. Should you not make use of a confirmed booking all further reservations may be automatically canceled.
Changes in Fares or Rules
The fares, charges or rules applicable to any transportation shall be those in effect at the time of commencement of transportation (i.e. use of the first flight coupon of a ticket or conjunction ticket for carriage). Once carriage has commenced, any change in fares, charges or rules does not affect the contract and may be disregarded, unless otherwise specifically provided. In case of any change (including changes due to an altered conversion rate) in fares, or new rules, effective between the day the ticket is issued and the day of commencement of travel, the passenger is required to pay the difference in the fare or he will be refunded such difference, as the case may be.
Validity of Tickets
The ticket for normal fare is valid one year from the date of commencement of flight on the first sector of the whole journey. Travel on tickets for some types of special fares involves certain restrictions of validity. When booking or changing reservations, it is necessary to advise the airline or travel agent of the special fare. Failure to do so may result in inconvenience and additional cost to the passenger.
Children and Infants
Infants under two years of age not occupying a separate seat are carried at 10 percent of the adult fare and have the right on 10 kg of free baggage allowance. Children between 2 and 12 years of age pay 67 percent of the adult fare depending on route and fare type. They have the right to their own seat and to full free baggage allowance.
Sequence of Flight Coupons
Flight coupons shall be honored only in sequence as shown on the passenger coupons. Such flight coupon(s) shall not be accepted for carriage, exchange or refund and are not valid unless accompanied by the passenger coupon.
The use of a flight coupon renders all unused preceding flight coupons invalid, and a flight coupon may not be honored for carriage if it appears that a succeeding flight coupon has already been used.
Transporting Sick Passengers
Sick and invalid passengers and expectant mothers can be transported only when all conditions stipulated by the carrier are complied with.
Passports, Visas and Health Regulations
Both Montenegro Airlines and travel agencies will be pleased to give detailed information concerning passports, visas, health and/or other regulations. Nevertheless, they cannot accept responsibility for passengers being improperly or insufficiently documented. Without proper passport, visa and health documentation as required by countries of exit, transit and entry, the passenger may not be accepted for transportation.
Airport Taxes
At airports in Tivat and Podgorica, an airport tax in cash is collected from passengers prior to departure.
Credit Cards
Montenegro Airlines accepts Visa (VI) and Diners Club (DC) credit cards in Serbia and Montenegro .
