4th Session of the Board of Directors of Montenegro Airlines held

Podgorica - In the Head Office of Montenegro Airlines the 4th session of the newly-constituted Board of Directors was held, attended by Daliborka Pejovic, the President of the Board of Directors and members Dusko Lalicevic, Branislav Golubovic, Zivko Andrijasevic and Tufik Bojadzic.

At the session, the attendees discussed information regarding the expenses of Company’s Representative Offices. It was concluded that it is necessary to coordinate the Rulebook on salaries of employees in Representative Offices with the Rulebook on salaries and benefits of Montenegrin Defence Attachés.

The Board was presented with information about Company’s debts, loans and other duties, as well as with settlement schedule.

The Rulebook on privileged transport was discussed, as well. It was decided that the Company shall offer its full support to the process of the EU negotiations concerning the travels of Government employees during this important process for Montenegro.

Also, it was pointed out that Montenegro Airlines shall continue to provide full support to the best pupils and students, as well as young competitors in the international competitions in science, culture, social sciences etc.

Montenegro Airlines activities include promotion of tourism and investment potential of Montenegro, so at the session it was suggested that financial cuts shall be made in cooperation with relevant tourist entities in terms of joint representations abroad.

In addition, at the session the attendees discussed the proposal for the Rulebook on corporative communication and public relations, marketing activities plan for 2013, as well as marketing costs analysis.

The Board decided to establish a different model of media representation of the Company and to redefine all agreements with media.

The Board concluded that the Company shall continue with further rationalization of its costs.
