• Control of accuracy of tickets issued
• Control of sales agents' accounts
• Intercompany clearing
• Contact with BSP and ARC
• Monitoring changes in IATA regulations and their application
• Supply of stock of YM tickets to sales offices and control of their use
• Statistic processing of receipts and expenses
• Business analysis and preparing plans
• Other business operations relating to the correctness of YM tickets issued and their collection
