Fifth generation of Cabin Crew
According to the decision to acquire the new aircraft type Embraer 195, Montenegro Airlines has announced the advertisement for the training of new cabin crew members. This will be the fifth generation of stewards and stewardesses, who will attend the training in the Company's Training Center for airline staff. This specialized center has already trained numerous generations of pilots, air mechanics, flight dispatchers, as well as cabin crew.
The first thought related to this profession is a nice smile and pleasant appearance. In addition, it is necessary to meet the other criteria:
completed high school
age between 20 to 25
active knowledge of English, basic knowledge of another foreign language
mental-physical condition of the candidates in accordance with the air industry standards
Thirty (30) selected candidated will have the chance to attend free training for the profession Steward/Stewardess. All candidates are required to submit the following documents:
- CV (Curriculum vitae)
- Certificate on completed high school
- Foreign language certificate
- 2 photos (portrait and figure)
The selection of candidates will be performed in the following stages:
- interview with the commission
- foreign language test
- mental testing
- candidate physical ability test
- medical examination
The selected candidates will attend theoretical and practical training in duration of 45 days, upon which they will pass exams before competent commission.
