BILL OF QUANTITIES AND PRICES


IN ADDITION TO THE MAIN PROJECT OF WATER SUPPLY AND SEWAGE FOR THE FIRST PHASE OF THE OBJECT FOR AIRCRAFT


“MONTENEGROAIRLINES” IN PODGORICA


GENERAL


The complete sewage and water supply must be performed acording to valid technical regulations based on the approved project. The constructor is obliged to perform in time and bear the costs of all the preparations for the beginning of works and the application for the beginning of works to the competent authorities.


The changes can be performed only according the approval of the supervisory body.


The Investor reserves the right of the changes of certain works as well as the right of increasing or omitting certain positions. In case of non-planned works (additional) the constructor is obliged to submit to the supervisory body the prices analysis first and after the approval of prices to perform such works, otherwise there's no right of complaint to the prices which the commission for the acceptance of works determines for such works.


The settlement shall be performed according the actual derived quantities taken on the spot, notwithstanding the quantities in the bill of quantities. All the water supply and sewage pipes shall be measured using linear meter, measured according the basis of sewer.


All the coping parts with sewage (arches, branch, diminishing pipes, offset pipes, inspections etc.) as well as fitting with water supply, bends arches, diminishing pipes T-parts etc. are not being calculated nor paid separately, but are measured and calculated as real pipes. With the diminishing pipes a longer diameter is being calculated.


Also all the necessary penetrations of walls and ceilings and grooving for pipe conduiting, as well as all scrimming , bricking, patching and plaster after the finalized conduiting of pipes are not paid separately, but are included by the price of the linear pipe meter


Each work and material being cited in certain positions of this priced bill of quantities must be included in the price of the respective position, as well as all other duties.


A. CONSTRUCTION WORKS




1. Marking and excavation of supply channels for water supply and sewage as well as for distribution around the facility and in the facility and holes above channels. The price includes also backfilling of trenches, after the mounting of pipeline into the channels, and then all the operations and necessary material. The calculation per m3 of the excavated land in the grown and pressed together condition.

2. The acquisition, transport and construction of soft sand for eqalizing bed around water supply and sewge pipes. Around water supply pipes 10 below, and 5 above. Around sewage ones 10 below and 10 above. Calculation per m3 of built sand

3. The transport of surplus material from excavation, loading into the trucks and transport to the waste and unloading.

4. The construction of water gauge closing manhole, walls and the bottom from the pressed concrete MB20, the walls width 15 cm. On the manhole will be reinforced concrete plate Mb 20 width 12 cm with the aperture Ø 60 cm, for the building in of L.G. Cover with frame. 5. Sewage manhole construction. Walls and bottom from the pressed concrete MB20. Wall width 15 cm, at the bottom the prescribed channel pipe, processed in plaster and creamcoated to black glow. On the manhole will be reinforced concrete plate Mb 20 width 12 cm with the aperture Ø 60 cm, for the building in of L.G

6. The construction of manhole for waste water of battery acid. The walls and bottom from the pressed concrete MB 20. Walls width 15 cm, the bottom 15 cm processed and plastered with the cemented plaster and creamcoated to black glow. On the manhole there will be deformed cast steel 4cm width, leaned on anchers of angled profile concreted at the manhole walls' rim.

C. SEWAGE




1. Acquisition, transport and placing PVC pipes, coping parts and adapter with rubber valve gland nut type KK and type MB. Pipes type KK are placed in the facility, and type MB outside of the facility. Joining of pipes in coupling with rubber screw plug. Vertical pipes to be fixed to the wall with pipe clips at every 2,0 m, and under the socket to build in stationary pipe clip. Horizontal works to be done under the construction, fasten to the construction with movable pipe clips with gaps 10 x d behind the socket fasten with stationary pipe clips. After the installation perform tests on water retentivity and porosity. Calculation per ml of mounting
