The air company “Montenegro Airlines”, for the purposes of auditing all of its operations for the current and previous three years, invites all the local and foreign registered auditors, which fulfill legaly prescribed standards for the performance of this activity, to advise their offers.
In addition to the bid, the participants have to submit a declaration that the audit shall be performed and verified in compliance with international audit standards and the existing local legal regulations.
The bids shall be valued according documented evidence:
-about the experience which contain data about professional qualifications and working experience of the suggested auditor team
-the plan and methodology of the audit with the explanation of the way how the audit shall respect the international standards and the existing local legal regulations
-about the professional fees and expenses expressed in euros
The bids are submitted personally or by registered mail, at the latest by 26th July 2006 at 16,00 and addressed to “Montenegro Airlines” d.o.o, Ul. Beogradska br. 10 Podgorica.
The bids must be in sealed envelopes with the notice “DO NOT OPEN-THE BID FOR AUDIT”.
The opening of the envelopes by the competent commission from the airline shall be perfomed on 27th July 2006.
The participants of this open competition shall be notified about the results at the latest within 15 days from the day of opening the bids.
