The Ministry of Tourism of Montenegro, Tourist Organization of Montenegro and Montenegro Airlines had jointly presented themselves at the Tourism exhibition UTAZAS 2006. The Montenegrin delegation introduced themselves at the tourist trade with a joint offer with Hungarian chain of hotels “Hunguest hotels”, which owns two hotels in Herceg Novi – Centar and Topla.

In order to contribute the development of Montenegrin tourist economy the representatives of Montenegro Airlines and Malev agreed that the planes of these two companies shall operate three times a week instead of so far twice a week.

The flights will be operated on the basis of code-share agreement. Montenegro Airlines will fly on Tuesdays, and Malev on Thursdays and Saturdays.

The President of Montenegro Airlines, dr Zoran Djurisic said that the load factor on this destination during the last year was 57% and this year the increase of the number of passengers by 8% is expected.
