To the satisfaction of our passengers, very soon the professional, nice and young cabin crew in our aircraft will be refreshed with new faces. An unexpectedly high number of young men and women have applied for these jobs in response to our vacancy announcement. For all of them it is a challenging offer, as it involves a dynamic job, travels and contacts with passengers. It was a desire of many, but only some twenty of them had the possibility to participate in the training program for the new, fourth cabin crew generation. And, as it usually happens, when it comes to stewardesses and stewards, the first thought is a nice face, pleasant smile, and charm. Yes, we take that as granted, but apart from that, these young people have been carefully selected on the basis of strict criteria. Introduction to the practical part of the story is yet to happen. This introduction involves a nine-week training in the Montenegro Airlines Training Center, after which the most successful participants will get their licenses.
