IATA – the most famous international association of air transport awarded Anniversary Plaquei for ten years of successful operations to Montenegro Airlines. This is another important international award in this year.

At a regular annual press conference, held in Podgorica on 24 December 2004, Montenegro Airlines presented the preliminary results of another very successful business year.

The trend of successful operations continues year after year, although the situation in the aviation world is not much favorable. Montenegro Airlines may also state that another positive point of its operations is a high level of professionalism and accuracy. The planes in this year were delayed in average only 7,37 minutes. In this year 370,000 passengers were transported, which is more than 15% compared to the last year.

On this occasion, Mr. Dusan Kostic, IATA manager for Serbia and Montenegro, granted IATA Plaquei for company’s anniversary to Dr Zoran Djurisic – President of the Board of Directors of Montenegro Airlines.
