Quality System Department

Quality System is a stand-alone organisation within the Montenegro Airlines. Its task is to monitor compliance with current legislation and company procedures.

The basic regulatory document is JAR-OPS 1.035.

The system is designed to monitor airline compliance with JAR-OPS 1, Operations Manual, Maintenance Management Exposition and any other standard specified by the Montenegro Airlines management or the relevant aviation authority.

Montenegro Airlines also has a Quality sub-system dedicated to maintenance in compliance with JAR-OPS 1.900.

Quality Manager is responsible for :

Dangerous Goods policies, administration and training, Carrying out audits of all operational sektors of the airline, Ensuring that the non-conformity reports are raised and resolved within the allocated tima frame.

 

 

Quality Auditors

Suitably trained and qualified experienced aviation personnel are nominated as auditors.

Areas under supervision are flight operations, ground operations, training, maintenance and dangerous goods handling.

The auditors carry out on regular basis checks of pre-flight planning, flight documentation, flight and duty time records and technical documentation.

Also the major sub-contractors like airports, catering suppliers and like are audited on regular basis.
