According to Article 47 of the Business Organisation Law and Article 48 of the Statute of the society, Montenegro Airlines Ltd. Podgorica announces:
PUBLIC CALL
for submission of offers for the election of auditor of accounts
- The aim of the call is collecting offers for the election of auditor of accounts of financial statements of Montenegro Airlines Ltd. Podgorica for 2009.
- The offer should contain:
- Evidence about fulfillment of requirements according to the Audit Law
- Reference and experience in audit jobs
- Price with PDV included
- Terms and conditions of payment
Offers must be submitted within 5 days from the public announcement.
Offers should be submitted in closed envelopes with the following wording "Offer for auditor election - Do not open" to address Montenegro Airlines, Beogradska 10.
Incomplete or late submissions will be rejected.
Eveluation criteria: price, terms and condition of payment and reference of submittor.
