We invite you to Tender for the supply of JET A1 issued by National Airline of Montenegro in accordance with the following details:

2. PRICE ESCALATION/DE ESCALATION MECHANISM

Please indicate Platt's Oil gram Market to which your price will be linked for the purpose of escalation / de escalation mechanism.

 

3. TAXES / FEE AND 3RD PARTY CHARGES

Quoted prices shall be inclusive of Taxes / Fees and 3rd Party charges.

 

4. FIXED DIFFERENTIAL

Fixed differential will be quoted for the entire contract period and will remain fixed through the currency of contract which will be part of the contract price for a respective location.

 

5. CONVERSION FACTOR / EXCHANGE RATE

Conversion rate from:

(A) Ltr To Usg,

(B) Mt To Usg

Shall be clearly mentioned at the time of submission of bids. Exchange rate shall be clearly mentioned and notifications of same shall be shared with Montenegro Airlines as per invoicing frequency.

 

6. PAYMENT/CREDIT TERMS

Please indicate payment terms, credit period and invoicing frequency clearly in your offer. Unless otherwise indicated credit period shall always be counted from date of invoice.

 

7. BIDS EVALUATION CRITERIA

The contract shall be awarded to the lowest cost bider on each station taking into account the impact of following:

  • Pllat's market quoted
  • fixed differential
  • fees and taxes
  • oportunity cost/saving of funds in case od advance payment or credit period respectively

 

8. SUBMISSION OF BID

Your bid must reach by 1600hrs local time on August 25th, 2012 and delivered at the following address: MONTENEGRO AIRLINES, Archive office, BEOGRADSKA 10, 81000 PODGORICA, MONTENEGRO.

For aditional information:

Envelope should be marked "Confidential" and "Tender For Supply Of Jet Fuel".

 

8. TERMS OF OFFER

After final award of contract no change in terms and conditions mentioned in original offer shall be accepted. In case of contravention Montenegro Airlines reserves the right to reject the offer, award the contract to second best or initiate the new Tender.

This right shall be without prejudice to any other remedy available under the terms of offer.

 

9. OPENING OF BID

Bids will be opened on the morning of August 26th.

After opening of submissions you will be informed about received offers and invited to participate in second round of Tender. Which means submission of new improved bids if you realise the need.

Montenegro Airlines reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, divide among more than one supplier without assigning any reason to the tenders without any liability whatsoever.
