"Montenegro Airlines" was established in 1994. It was registered for regular domestic and international service. At the end of 1996, we bought the first plane -a Fokker 28Mk 4000. I ts commercial use started in the first months of the subsequent year upon the completion of all the necessary preparatory work: engaging and training the necessary qualified personnel, pilots and engineers primarily, as well as getting numerous licences by domestic and international airline authorities. In July 1998 the second Fokker 28 was bought. By doubling the passenger capacities the prerequisites were made for further markets to be reached, thus proving the company as a reliable carrier. By the end of 1998, the activities of innovating the fleet of "Montenegro Airlines" started. The first Fokker 100 was bought in June 2000. The Fleet of "Montenegro Airlines" was enlarged with another Fokker 100, which landed at Podgorica airport in May 2001.

We currently have two planes of the Fokker 100 type. The plane with the serial number 11272, call sign YU AOK, with the commercial name "Sveti Petar Cetinjski", was made in 1989, and has been part of the fleet of "Montenegro Airlines" since May 1999.
