Tender for web presentation
“Montenegro Airlines d.o.o.” calls all interested parties who wish to take part in the construction of the airline internet presentation.
It is necessary to submit the review of company’s profile and number of employees, the referent list of the so far engagement on related activities, the price and terms of completion.
Evaluation criteria for the most favorable offer will be as follows:
1.Proposed technical and functional solution
2.Price of presentation construction (according to project requirements)
3.Design and graphic solution
4.Referent list
If the solution implementation requires license, then the evidence of passed test should be submitted.
The offers should be delivered in sealed envelopes, registered mail or in person, no later than 10.06.2008., at the address: Montenegro Airlines, Beogradska 10, 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro, with the following wording: „For the open competition – web presentation“.
On the basis of submitted offers the selection of the best offer shall be made. The results will be published on company’s website on 22.06.2008.
Montenegro Airlines reserves the right not to complete the selection for the best candidate if the competition criteria were not met.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
1. Design of the public part of web site, which needs to offer detailed information on Montenegro Airlines services.
2. To create the application that will be used for the administration of public part of the web site.
3.To create portal for passengers, agencies, as well as on-line sale, on-line check-in.
OBJECTIVE
The objective of the tender is to obtain the solution that would enable the clients of Montenegro Airlines the following:
give detailed information regarding the flights, tariff policy
purchase and reservations of tickets via internet
increase of leading role of Montenegro Airlines and popularization of project, particularly in existing companies on the market review of existing information on the current presentation
CONCEPTUAL SOLUTION
Conceptual solutions must be the original design of the participants, not published or sent to any other tender before. The number of conceptual solutions per participant is not limited. “Montenegro Airlines” logo may be downloaded from the existing web-site of Montenegro Airlines.
IMPLEMENTATION OF PROPOSALS
It is necessary to submit the conceptual solution of public web-site interface on 5 (five) pages, as follows: home page and minimum four pages at your choice.
Public site must include
simple interface with the implementation of Montenegro Airlines’ logo
option of e-booking
option of e-buying
Booking engine and on-line engine shall be provided by the company. It is necessary to implement the interface of booking engine and on-line engine on website.
Navigation should be simple and logical, and the user must always have clear line to each page, i.e. the user must have the information about his/her location within the selected option and the website itself.
The main menu should be located below the toolbar, and show the titles of options. Clicking any of the main options should activate the drop-down menus with the list of offered topics.
The access to certain pages should be also provided from the structured review of the Site Map (option: SITE MAP)
Graphic solution should be simple, modern, well-laid out, color matched and in accordance with the objectives of the presentation and enclosed structure. The pages must be loaded fast, i.e. the pages must not be burdened with elements that reduce speed of loading (this does not refer to in cases when it is necessary for their functioning).
The final graphic solution shall be agreed during the web site construction. At performer’s choice, Montenegro Airlines reserves the right to require changes of the proposed draft of graphic solution (color adjustment, size and form of headings and menus, section schedule, etc.)
The texts presented on public site should be loaded from the data base, which means that dynamic pages must be created. The technology includes Linux platform and tools that may be used for this operational system. Data base may be Oracle, Mysql or Postgresql.
Administrative site is intended for users who do not have the knowledge about HTML, ASP, PHP or other program language for the development of web pages and required graphic interface which will enable the review of changes.
It should include the following options:
- simple interface for the review of pages on public site
- addition of new page
- option of storing several versions of the same page
- preview of changed page
- editing at the level of elements (header, footer, menu, text paragraph, etc) of which the page is composed according to defined interface
-option of defining paragraph template
-option of defining page template
-option changing the paragraph sequence on a page
-publishing changes in a public part of the site
- authorization of users for making changes on the public site
- the option of awarding the authorization per page, group of pages, type of paragraph, etc.
In addition to public and administrative site it is necessary to construct portal for passengers, agencies, as well as online sale.
The detailed specification of this part shall be available upon the selection of public site design.
FUNKCIONALITY OF PUBLIC PART OF THE SITE
Potential multilingual (Montenegrin, English and German version);
Print and send page;
Search site contents;
base search (filter several fields and/or/no options);
existing online predefined forms and option for the automatic submission for mailing list for downloading e-news;
modularity of hardware structure, in order to avoid future system failure, when the number of users is large
protection of data
TERMS
Deadline for the application of submissions: from 10. 06. 2008. at 12.00 o’clock (in case of sending by mail, the closing date of postal stamp must be 10.06.2008.)
Deadline for evaluation and publishing of results: no later than 22.06.2008.
EVALUATION AND RESULTS
Evaluation criteria: proposed technical and functional solution, the price of presentation construction (at project request), design and graphic solution, referent list.
The commission shall be composed of five (5) members:
- Montenegro Airlines management
Department for Marketing and Corporative communications
Results shall be published on web pages of the airline. The submitted works shall not be returned.
Rights and obligations
The selected bidder shall be responsible for providing the complete logistic support and costs relating to possible visits and travels, for obtaining additional information, detailed introduction with existing data base, etc.
The author shall assign the air company Montenegro Airlines all copyrights, as well as rights to possible changes.
