Shodno ovom Ugovoru, "karta" zna i putni ka karta i prtlja~ni list ili itinerer/priznanica ukoliko je primjenljiva u slu aju elektronske karte iji su sastavni dio ovi uslovi i obavjeatenja. "Prevoz" zna i isto ato i "transport", "prevozilac" zna i svi avioprevozioci koji prevoze ili preuzimaju na prevoz putnika ili njegov prtljag po ovom ugovoru ili ine bilo koju drugu uslugu u vezi sa ovim vazduanim prevozom, "elektronska karta" zna i itinerer/priznanicu koja je izdata od strane ili u ime prevozioca, elektronske kupone i, ukoliko je primjenljivo, dokumenta za ulazak putnika u avion. Prevozilac mo~e bez obavjeatenja zamijeniti prevozioca ili avion, i mo~e mijenjati ili izostaviti mjesta stajanja navedena na karti u slu aju potrebe. Redovi letenja podlije~u promjeni bez obavjeatenja. Za, od ili sa ugovorenim mjestom slijetanja u SAD, Konvencija i posebni ugovori o prevozu sadr~ani u primjenljivim tarifama predvidjaju da je odgovornost Montenegro Airlines-a kao i nekih drugih avioprevozilaca potpisnika takvih posebnih ugovora, za smrt ili tjelesnu povredu putnika ograni ena u najveem broju slu ajeva za dokazanu atetu do USD 75.000 po putniku, i da ova odgovornost do te granice nee biti uslovljena u slu aju nepa~nje avioprevozioca.ÿþ<brÿþ>ÿþ ÿþ<brÿþ>ÿþ Za one putnike koji putuju prevoznikom koji nije potpisnik takvih posebnih ugovora ili koji ne putuju ka, iz ili sa ugovorenim mjestima slijetanja u SAD-u, odgovornost avioprevozioca za smrt ili tjelesnu povredu putnika je u najveem broju slu ajeva ograni ena na pribli~no USD 10.000 ili USD 20.000.ÿþ<brÿþ>ÿþ Imena avioprevozilaca, potpisnika takvih posebnih ugovora dostupna su u svim poslovnicama tih avioprevozilaca i mogu se dobiti na zahtjev. ÿþ<brÿþ>ÿþ<brÿþ>ÿþ Dopunska zaatiÿþta se mo~e pribaviti ugovaranjem kod neke osiguravajue kompanije. Za veinu medjunarodnih putovanja (uklju ujui i djelove domaeg prevoza na medjunarodnim linijama) ograni enje odgovornosti iznosi pribli~no USD 9.07 po 1 funti (USD 20 po 1 kilogramu) za registrovani prtljag i USD 400 po putniku za neregistrovani prtljag. Za putovanja izvraena u cjelosti unutar SAD Savezna pravila zahtijevaju da bilo koje ograni enje odgovornosti aviokompanije za prtljag ne bude manje od USD 3.000 po putniku. Za odredjene vrste predmeta mo~e se izjaviti vea vrijednost. Neki prevozioci ne preuzimaju odgovornost za lomljive, dragocjene i lako kvarljive predmete.
